Leonisa Migration: Headless CMS and Micro-frontends

Led the Proof of Concept (PoC) to migrate the HCL CMS to a Headless solution with Strapi, NestJS and AWS S3 for multimedia asset management. Result: Demonstration of a Headless architecture with significantly faster API response and unified content management for WEB and mobile application. Implemented a Micro-frontends architecture with Next.js that enables rapid creation of new sites and integration with other stacks (Vue, Angular). Led a team for this project.
